  Only reason I gave it a 3 is because it’s not all about the experience that the theater has to offer but it also has to do with customer care and how customers are treated. They lack to go above and beyond for the customer in many ways than just getting them the right ticket for their seats. Coming for someone who works customer service for many years the employees gave me less than a 5 Star rating
